IT Support Apprentice

City of London

£19,000 per annum

Monday to Friday

09.00 AM – 05.30 PM

An annual discretionary bonus

25 days holiday (which increases over your time at Miller)

If you are an eager person looking to progress into IT Support, this could be the role for you! Duties can include a whole range of different things such as PC configuration to setting up meeting rooms. The ideal candidate will be somebody who can communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Using phone, email, chat to communicate with peers and internal clients
  • Connect laptops/desktops to networks
  • Setting up meeting room presentation equipment
  • Using the ticket tracking system
  • Configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for internal users for Miller
  • Windows 10 imaging
  • PC Setups

Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.

  • A minimum of Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths or equivalent is required for this role.

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
