Digital Marketing Apprentice


£10,000 per annum

Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm)

40 hours per week

Standard holiday entitlement

Baltic Apprenticeships are delighted to be working in partnership with BrightPearl, who is a complete operations platform for brands, retailers and wholesalers.
They have worked with and created world-class integrations for companies such as Shopify, Amazon and Walmart; and are now looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their team of Marketers.
The successful candidate will be completing a variety of duties including, Creating PPC campaigns, working on SEO, and creating email content.

Roles and Responsibilities

Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Create, implement, optimise and measure PPC campaigns
  • Create and optimise social media campaigns
  • Weekly/monthly reporting on Inbound channel performance including Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic, Referral and Direct channels.
  • Working with external SEO agencies to improve website performance
  • Creating content for email marketing campaigns and marketing nurture programs

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and BrightPearl.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset. Interest in translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience or good understanding of PPC campaigns would be beneficial but not essential
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and keen to learn
  • Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in English is required

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program. You, along with your employer, may decide to progress into a full-time position with the business or progress onto a Level 4 Apprenticeship.
